Water Sense Technology

Two-Piece or One-Piece Design

The band Toto was formed in the early 1970s, after members performed session work for a number of renowned musicians. David Paich, the keyboardist was a regular session musician for artists like the Eagles, Larry Carlton and Quincy Jones.
In the years that followed Toto's first album band struggled to find success and had to endure a series of member changes. Eventually, Hungate left the band in 1980 to pursue a solo career in Nashville. He quit the band due to a lack time for his family, as well as a growing addiction problem. The band's success ultimately was dependent on the talent of Lukather and keyboardist Steve Porcaro.

In 1987, Toto continued their tour and performed at the Montreux Jazz Festival. In the same year the bassist David Hungate left the band to focus on his recording and production career. He was replaced by vocalist/guitarist Steve Lukather.
